IEEE 802.11ac

IEEE 802.11ac is a wireless computer networking standard which can provide very high throughput on the 5GHz band. Compare with 802.11n technology, it supports wider channel bandwidth (80 MHz), more MIMO spatial streams (up to 8), and the other features which improve network reliability and more efficiency of wireless connection.


The mini PCI interface integrates easily with embedded platforms to construct single or multiple-radio access points, wireless bridges, and consumer premises client equipment.
